Welcome to Dubbel Dach's Home Brewery!
I have been making beer since August of 2006 in my garage in Harrisburg, PA.
 I have a huge interest in brewing and drinking beer. I worked at a local brewpub for four and a half years and have been appreciating well-made, hand-crafted beer since I stopped drinking crap beer after college. My friends may call me a "beer snob", but I know what I like and what I do not like. I'm at the point in my life where I'm not going to waste my time on mainstream American light lager piss water. I enjoy beer with flavor. Through the art of homebrewing, I can guarantee (most of the time!) that I can make beer that I will enjoy.
I probably give away about half of what I make, as I believe that beer is best enjoyed with good friends. Whether on tap at my basement bar or handed out in six packs, I love spreading around the beer that I make with my own blood, sweat, and tears (Note: blood, sweat, and tears are NOT actual ingredients!).
