So here's the brewery... err... garage. Nothing as flashy as some things I've seen out there, but it gets the job done.
Here's my recent grain mill project... I mounted the Barley Crusher on an old microwave cart and motorized it with an AC motor.
Left to right: ice bath cooler, bottle tree, mash tun, capper/corkers, corny keg, supplies, fermenting mead, two more shelves.
Left to right on top: 5 gal. kettle, scale, yellow tub of sanitizer, capper, O2 bottle, PVC coated gloves, brew hauler, 2 ale pails, the big boy: 9 gallon kettle with stainless valve... bottom: tiki torch fluid (oh hell yeah), pitcher, 3 gal. kettle, PBW, pitcher, Sirius boombox, countertop partial mash cooler, kneeling pad, propane burner, disinfectant, bucket, 3 carboys... floor: corny keg, fermenting mead.
Shelf I just added... hooks and light underneath... also strainers. Top of shelf is measuring cups, pens, can opener, big f-in' spoon, thermometer, PBW and misc chemicals like Irish moss, yeast nutrient, pectin enzyme, etc.....
Here's the brewery in action. The propane burner gets attached to the gas grill. I pull a hose down from the front of the house. Right now I've got wort boiling and the mash tun full of grain is cooling.
Another picture of the boil. This is inside of 15 minutes left as I am sterilizing the copper immersion chiller in the boiling wort.
Finally, a shot of the first Irish Brew Day, when we had three batches simultaneously rockin'. Irish Red on the left, Wee Green Heavy in the middle, and Dropkick Stout on the right.
