| Second attempt at this style... We ended up cask-conditioning this beer. Filling the cask, and
finishing it. Everything worked out nice, except it was a little low on carbonation. We used a little less than half a cup of corn sugar to prime... Would probably use 3/4 cup next time. Had a party to kick the cask. |
